飞扬集团（01901）发布公告，于2023年5月15日，公司与Radiant Goldstone Holdings Limited订立不具法律约束力的谅解备忘录。公司（或透过公司的附属公司）拟向Radiant Goldstone受让瑞金国际资产管理有限公司（瑞金国际）60%的股权，总代价拟不超过9000万港元。
